Hi team,
I have a bit of an odd request, I used to have 2 accounts, one has since been closed but the forum username is still active. When I try and log into MyEE with the old account it says that it doesn't exist so I cannot delete the old forum user but I would like to switch to that username rather than the one that is set on this, the active login.
Any mods about that might be able to help?

Hi 🙂
So the Community Manager is going to close the old account, freeing up the username. Then he will attach it to this account that you're messaging me on, replacing the garetc1 username. Is that OK with you?

Login with the old Forum Username, @Profile closed , rather than with the email addy, & the pwd that goes with it.
