I am writing to formally praise the exceptional service I received from Morgan today. He managed to sort out everything for me and truly put my mind at ease. I was particularly impressed by how he broke down every detail and explained everything so clearly.

• I would love for this feedback to be shared with Morgan and his manager so he can be recognized for his hard work and professionalism. He is a fantastic asset to the EE team!

I’m writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Morgan today. He was incredibly helpful and managed to sort out all my issues efficiently. I especially valued how he broke everything down and explained it so clearly; it really gave me peace of mind. Morgan is a credit to your team! I wasn’t given a survey to complete after the call which was a shame as I would have given him 5 stars!
