@Ajones5 Account for what exactly? You have a community account this is not the same as a billing account. You get a billing account when you have a contract with EE. Ie mobile or broadband. If you’re trying to purchase from the add to plan store you can not do that as that’s for EE contract customers of EE it’s a perk of being a contract customer of EE.
