EE I hate you...you are the worst & so is your forum!!

EE, I really didn’t want to be so disparaging towards you, but you continue to let me down time & time again. Your user forum is so crap, that by the time I have navigated how to post a comment, I am already v v angry & frustrated!!! I just wanted to check that a MSM I received is nothing but spam...but the last time I tried, your system f’d me sideways & wouldn’t upload the screenshot. I HATE YOU right now, you have stolen oven an hour of my time trying to submit a post & pics in order to help myself & others...you are despicable!!!!

Yep, sorry about that, I was terribly rude...but after going around in circles for an hour when already stressed and upset about a worrying text (turned out to be a smishing attempt), and the obvious delay in showing the uploaded images, I was at the end of my tether. Nevertheless, in the very many years I have been with EE, it does just seem to be one issue after the next with you guys. Still, I apologise for being an **bleep**hole, and thank you personally for your help!!

I completely agree, this EE APP is a complete cop out and a way for the EE  customer to fight it out amongst themselves instead of a professional customer service team . I too HATE EE,. And KEVIN BACON !

It is rubbish. I was told to reply to a message I posted. Clicked on link. It does not work but crashes. Just see no point in this.
