Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful that a manager can't even call you back due to being messed around since the 7th of June and I have been waiting for over 6 hours now for this callback!! I have rang throughout this time and constantly told they will call within an hour!! Yeah OK. I am so angry with being treated like this after being a loyal customer for over 18 years. This is now the time for me to seriously consider looking else where for my contracts.
