Good morning,

I just joined EE, does anyone know how to get in touch with customer service? I’ve been trying 3 different number and been on hold for more than 2 hours on each no one seems to answer. Thanks

Hello @SillyMoongose ,

Welcome to the community,

EE customer service are very busy with other customers, especially yesterday, as the new Apple products are ready to pre-order since yesterday, so suspect that is why you had difficulty.

If you ring customer service and press 1 and then 2 and then you should get through to someone, but rather than wait 2 hours before someone answers or is able to help, just hang up and try again later.
