When we first joined we paid £20 and was told that that amount would be knocked of my first bill ..... It wasn't I still paid the £29.99 .my bill has come through again and it's still £ 29.99 .I had tried to call but get auto bot the broadband is useless can't even get anything in the garden . If this carries on I'm going back to talk talk . This is a useless customer service.
