DSAR Request

EE have now failed twice to fulfill a DSAR request. Once they provided half the information and as a result said they would submit a new request and send all the information.
They are now saying this wasn’t actioned, despite me have a privacy request ID, and that no request is outstanding.
What are they hiding and what is my recourse. How can they deny a request exists when they have send me an ID for it. They say it doesn’t exist and haven’t even offered to set up another request to send me the information

All seems a little dodgy to me

Thoughts?

Thanks

Lee

Sent calls but not webchat messages. Now refusing to acknowledge a further request exists despite me having a reference for it
