So I need to speak with someone, pretty urgently. I've been trying since 6pm. Only to find that the phone lines are closed and no live message option. Despite the website stating that lines are open until 8pm?! I go to twitter, and see the EE bio also states 8pm on weekends, and that I can get in touch 24/7 on the app. Which also isn't true, so what am I supposed to do exactly?

If you cannot contact EE on  150 tonight then you'll need to speak to EE CS tomorrow.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
