I was assisted by agent Raphael about a month ago. He was so helpful and promptly understood the issue I was having between EE/BT accounts. I was 100% satisfied with his first-class service as my reoccurring issue was finally resolved.
I would be grateful if EE could let him know how grateful I am for his outstanding customer service.
