@Dia11 just click on the link I have posted and continue writing in that thread, we cannot do anything about your transcripts though, as this is a public forum with no account access. 

You also have a short while to edit your post rather than writing several posts in the same thread.

Sorry but there are no instructions for this connection. I sent one question and was waiting for EE to respond for 2 days. They now tell me they will answer me in a month.
