Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

It would seem the whole EE network is down. Tried calling several numbers but comes back unobtainable 'This line is temporally unavailable Keep getting cut off before EE answer 😠

Good thing I'm only testing the service before getting a subscription. As support is non existence at the moment.

I have just tried it, it is definitely unavailable, there could be a problem their end, no idea what, but there we are, maybe due to weather, possibly.

The number is unavailable at the moment, not seen that before, have tried it myself, so there must be a problem their end.

Is anybody else having problems contacting EE directly? I’ve tried every number I can find and I’m getting a message to me that they’re having issues at the moment yeah I can’t see anything suggesting that it’s a larger issue other than myself because it’s not posted anywhere on social media that I can see.

Unable to make/receive calls. How long will this take to fix as i need my phone for work and could possibly lose business over this?
