Accessing social media content

If you're having trouble accessing social media content, ie pictures, comments or opening links etc it is probably due to the parental controls being set to  Kids under 13yrs.  Since renewing my contract I experienced this problem I phoned EE and they said factory reset my phone !! I have since discovered my parental  controls were set to under 13yrs. So annoying !! Hope this helps someone

@Sueirel : It is your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
