I ordered my iPhone 18 Pro Max on 20 September, and although I unfortunately missed the delivery on the 23rd, I received my phone today.

I’m genuinely impressed that the whole process took only around 3 days from ordering to delivery. The service and delivery experience have been excellent.

Thank you to the EE team for the smooth and efficient service. Really happy with my new iPhone 18 Pro Max! 📱🙌

I ordered the 18 PM silver 256gb on 25th sept, delivery to store. It was meant to be a 2-3 day window. Got a text next day saying my device is heading to store, got another text today to say it’s on track: I checked the tracking link, no updates at all. This is quite frustrating especially as I am someone who needs to plan ahead! I chatted agents up, no help at all!

Leave ee tracking just install the dpd and creat account with same email and mobile number and wait for showing parcel 📦 delivery

@AYOBAMIAKINFENW , if you ordered it to be delivered to the store, I would suggest you give them a call to see if they have received it. Just remember to take some form of photo ID, driving licence or passport.
