When I phone a business number with number options to be connected to the correct department, the option numbers are not being recognised by the business. I have to use my mobile phone.
I have been told that EE knows this & there is nothing they can do until a router update!
Has anyone else been able to sort this out?

Just so I can be sure I've got the right understanding of what's happening, am I correct in thinking whenever you're faced with a menu system when phoning from your Digital Voice connection, it's not recognising the key-presses?
If that's right, what kind of phone is it you're using?

@EM985 Where do you have the phone plugged into at the moment, connection on the rear of the router, or to the remote adapter?
