EE accepted my order to provide a digital home phone on 19th December 2024 and said that it would take 48 hours complete.  On 21st December they told me it was complete.  However, 39 days later it has never worked, despite visits by both EE and Openreach engineers.  I am at my wits end. During numerous  conversations followed by promises by EE to give me the service that they are already charging me for nothing has changed. Emails to EE complaints get no response. Help!

@nivenforrest Do you have any form of landline equipment installed on the DV service at present, phone plugged into the back of the router, a phone plugged into a DVA etc.?
