Three times now i have called BT/EE re call protect and not had my problem solved, waiting 45 minutes each time for tech team to answer and not getting an answer..What gives BT/EE the right to block what they consider to be "nuisance calls" and have resulted in my missing NHS appointments because BT/EE consider these numbers a nuisance..I want to access call protect online but when i called i was told to use 1572 which i do not want to do.i want to be able to  access it online.when log in all  it does is take ,me to an information page on "how to change settings, block or unblock numbers but does not actually let me do so.
