Landline problem

Had to find somewhere to post that I have been very impressed by EE generally for price and lack of Internet drop outs. This has been significantly better than BT my previous supplier.

Recently we had an issue where we were unable to make or receive calls on the landline. I found that there was nothing wrong on our side of the line and posted an issue online which was a really easy process.  They got back to me very quickly to tell me that they have found a problem and would fix it as soon as possible. 

The problem was resolved, but as this took longer than 2 working days, they automatically compensated us for the loss of service. 

Problems happen and I am more impressed by how they are resolved. This was done very well by EE, who kept me informed all the way. Well done EE.
