Where's the phone????

  • Signed up to EE from Plusnet with the service transferring on 18th December. Part of the attraction was the digital phone offer, which Plusnet couldn't provide. Strange this seeing as their the same group and the Plusnet guy sorted out the deal. Anyway surprise surprise we're still waiting for the phone to arrive from EE, anyone else had any delays like this? Thanks

If you call us on 0330 123 1105 and select broadband then option 2, one of our broadband guides will get the order looked into and provide an update.

@BankofDad  Sane group different company and different services.       Have you spoken to customer support about this ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@BankofDad With the move from Plusnet to EE and Plusnet do no longer offer landline system, are you expecting to receive a digital phone from EE, or you ordered one but you have not got it yet?

The DV landline is a subscribed service that EE offer to keep the landline active, but delivered now over the EE Router as a voip service type that EE/BT call DV (Digital Voice) just there naming convention, with 3 methods off connecting landline based phones to the router.

If you have ordered or are expecting a phone, details below to contact EE CS and find out what is happening and did the general help option so you can select your best choice.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It was included in the original order, we were told to expect a 'short' delay in receiving the phone but this is now dragging on. I'm finding it difficult in contacting the right EE department
