When a bank or whoever rings and asks to enter a PIN on the keypad (on a BT 8500), it doesn't work. Also saying the PIN doesn't work as the automated voice suggests trying. This is another in a long line of faults, the very same thing was meant to be fixed 6 months ago. Seems like when one fault is fixed another appears. I've given up reporting these faults, I'm just glad it's only a 12 month contract!
