I have moved to EE from BT - Broadbnd all good BUT a home phone very noisy after about 5/10 secs after pickup.
all phone have now been changed but problem still there…. Any ideas??

If I am understanding correctly the noise issue on your calls has been tested on two different sets of phones and was present on both? Are any of the phones plugged directly into the green slot on the back of the Smart hub?
It may be worth texting PHONE to 66033 for our diagnostic bot to run a check for any potential issues on your connection, if it is not able to find any it will offer to arrange a call back to speak to one of our guides for further help.
