My landline is not working properly since I changed over from Plusnet. There are folk who cannot get through when they phone from their landline and others from there mobile.,

Where have you plugged your landline? Have you plugged it in the router? Which is where you would have to plug it in with the new system.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

But you may have plugged it  into an ATA adapter remote from the router. That is also a valid place to plug it but may be less reliable than the back of the router. In which case try plugging it into the back of the router.
