My landlune was changed to digital. New hub. All went very smoothly. Was messaged all along nothing would change. When I log into account my plan has ceased and I've apparently been allocated a bill for March that I cannot find anywhere when I log in

@Kernowgirl , I would suggest you speak to customer service, as here there is no account access and we have no idea who you are, they are the ones who can help you with it and it may need a reset of your account to get it working again.
