LED on home phone adaptor

Does anyone know if there is a way of turning off the LED light on the phone adaptor once it is set up? It is in my bedroom and is very bight at night!  I could  cover it with some insulating tape but was looking for a more elegant solution!

@Cilybebyll  No way to turn it off.   It’s actually showing it’s got a connection.

@Cilybebyll Few layers of opaque tape is the elegant solution that you need! The more you put the duller it will get for you!
