I used to be on BT where I used the BT Blacklist facility to actively block scammers.
Now I am on EE - I cannot find a way to do this in my new account - can anyone help?

Log in to EE. on the home page select Plans and Subscriptions (top right), click on Digital Home Phone " MANAGE HOME PHONE" and you should see Call Protect. Click on that and hopefully you should be able to block unwanted callers.
