Spent an hour waiting to talk to an operator of the data integrity team after being referred to them by customer service.They said there was an issue with the digital ohone side of my recent order and not to worry it would be resolved quite quickly and was promised that I would receive a text saying that it was resolved quite soon.8 days later and I still have heard nothing from them or EE.I have received kit as part of the order to transfer my service to a new home.Order no VOL0************.This however is not showing up in my EE App.Will somebody please help.
