Hi, I have had BT now EE for many years, Recently my digital phone keeps syncing and stops me make or receiving phone calls. Any ideas why?

Welcome to the EE Community
Have you been able to restart your hub and phone since the issue began? If not give that a try. Others on the forum have reported the issue being caused by batteries in need of replacing, I would recommend testing some other batteries as well and see if the issue remains.
