I did post a message here earlier but I can't fine it. I can't call any landlines from my landline phone. (Only Mobile numbers).

Yeah I Understand that, but someone should have got back to me at some point to let me know what was going on.

I'm sure there must have been a way to contact me. They didn't even let me know We were back on line.

Having said that, I understand your point.

@tlibra10 , can you imagine EE contacting all customers affected by the outage? I think not, and the best way to find out is in the forums, where there are threads about exactly that or where we can advise.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi Yeah, I understand that now. But I didn't know there was an outage and I just stumbled across the forum after I panicked and didn't know what to do. I was just annoyed at the fact I had no idea what had happened.

In future now, as long as the net is working, I will revert to the forum before any rants.

However someone did say that the problem I had could not be connected to the outage as it was the day after.

Anyway, I'm now beginning to understand how this all works and what to do in the future and hopefully there  I will find some kind of info.

Hopefully, this won't happen again. Well at least not too often. I also understand now that it may NOT have been EE's fault.

Thank you.
