8 weeks and waiting :(

Hi. I switched from Sky to EE with both Fibre broadband & Digital phone line included which was ordered on 21st June 2026. Work was carried out on the 7th July with the fibre side of things absolutely amazing but so far the phone line is still not working after 8 weeks of waiting and multiple calls to EE to try and get this resolved. Any thoughts / ideas on how to get this resolved would be gratefully appreciated 🙂

@Asuterikkusu Two things, you did take and transfer the Landline from Sky to EE as EE do have a broadband only option, if you have done the number transfer then is the Landline plugged into the EE Hub ATA port on the back off the hub...

If you https://192.168.1.254 web manager direct to the EE hub you will see if the Landline Phone is possibly part off the package. Status will show if DV is available on the EE Hub.

I had similar with VF transfer took 3 months 3 weeks before VF finally admitted oops we forgot to take the phone from sky, now landline restored last couple off week's, number gone for ever, and had to redo the contract and all kinds off calls back forth been one real pain and well p'd off.

Hello. Yes I ordered both the fibre and phoneline at the same time and yes the landline is indeed plugged into the rear of the hub 🙂 Landline phone does not show in the hub manager 😞 Last time I called EE they assured me that they were still working on porting my number over but were having problems.Regards

@Asuterikkusu It's a wait until done then 8 weeks does seem long, 30 day's worst case sky holding on to it, surprised EE just did not do, give you a temp number then sorted out the real one back. Cannot see sky hanging onto it at all, with sky were you also on there form off DV with the phone connected to the back off the sky Hub?

When did the connection go fully live, re-reading your post looks like you went to a FF Full Fibre Installation from the Sky/EE move, that can have an effect depending on what your previous sky connection was like.
