To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You can check your account details using the EE app or EE account online, can you access the details when logged into the EE app/account?

No you can’t,it won’t let access to billing or statements
