I took out broadband and the tv box. The guy on the phone said i would get the first month free. As 'i am a loyal customer'. My bill has been generated and there is a payment for the first month. Was this just a ruse to make me take out the contract? Any help would be helpful. Thank you

@Siangilbert you’ll need to speak with customer support about this. You shouldn’t be offered something and then not receive it.
