How did you purchase your upgrade - was it via online/telesales, or retail shop instore?

The latter comes with no automatic right of return.

i did it online, i called this morning and i will be returning the handset, the advisor says i will be able to change to sim only plan after this

Yes, once the device has been returned and the contract dates/plan are changed back you can look at SIM plans 🙂
