Hello,
I have upgraded today but they say they need me to phone. I am unable to do this due to anxiety and mental health issues currently. The upfront cost has been taken. Will this be refunded or will I loose it?

@Maximusbrews1 : They want you to phone cuz they need some more info from you. If you don't your order will not be accepted. Your upfront payment has not yet been taken. It is merely pending at your bank. If your order is cancelled it'll be released in a few days.
