I have been trying to contact EE for 3 days. Different times of day. I have already registered a complaint about extra charges  so trying to follow up on that. Have sent text message - BILL and HELP. Nothing!

How and when did you raise your complaint? What happens when you try calling on 150 from your EE phone?
