Yeah sound reply there. EE don't discuss that with you at the point of sign up. This is just another underhand way of extracting more fiat from you. Wake up, it is deliberate.

Would be super helpful to know to what address you should write to. Just another way to make it awkward to cancel your contract.

The best way to contact us to give your termination request is by calling Customer Care. They'll be able to log your request immediately. 

However, if you would still like to write in, you can find the address at Contact Us | Help & Support - EE
