@Spectrum1959 As a BT supplied user, then you have to get BT to move you over to EE for the package that you require, EE will not take you on as a new customer as you are not new but existing and migrating within the group!

What EE plan are they offering you to transfer to? Same speed?

Generally when they move you from BT to EE they try to give you like-for-like. So if you have any extras with BT, e.g. WiFi Discs, Hybrid Connect or Halo, you'll get & pay for more than the EE Essentials plan.

Sorted thanks

I had to transfer from BT, EE will not do it for you

I had 39mbs, TV sport and a land line for £117 a month

Now i have

150mbs TNT sport, scrapped the land line all for £49.00 saving £68 a month 🙂
