I need to remove a spend cap on my daughter's phone urgently as she is abroad and can't use her phone.  I can't do it on line as the page is not working

What makes you think a spend cap is the issue with your daughter's phone - in what way is it not working abroad?

Is your daughter on pay-monthly or PAYG, and does her phone show a connection to a local network in her host country?
