sim deactivated and i need to cancel the contract

Hi, my sim was deactivated and i cannot get hold of EE customer service anymore to cancel the contract. Can someone please help?

@elena4568   if your sim was deactivated due to not paying your bills on time or keeping up with payments, then you’ll have to call EE customer services from a different phone.

   To cancel that contract you’ll have to pay off what you owe on that contract.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
