Extra charges

My recent bill shows an extra charge incurred on 2 February for calling the same number 3 times.  I have never called this number and a check online indicates that the number is for UPS which I have never used.

How has this happened?

Hello @JimCurrie

Welcome to the community.

I am unable to locate anything on the Third Party Charges checker.

Does anything else show on your bill?

Are you aware if it has been charged as a call or text?

Katie

That's an ordinary 01 landline no. (Reading) which should be included in your calls allowance.

You sure it started with a '0'? 118 is a dialling code for Directory Enquiries.

It shows as 3 telephone calls, one lasting 17 secs, one lasting 19 secs and the final one lasting 13 secs, all on the same day.

Hi @JimCurrie

I'd recommend getting in touch with our billing team so they can check your bill and work out how this has happened.
