Is it normal EE procedure to issue two separate bills, under two separate DD? One for the device and one for the plan?
Why can't I get just one bill and one DD?

@ERA2503 yes, it is normal as you have taken out a flex tariff. You are billed separately for the tariff and device. Once you have paid off the device you are only left with the air time tariff so what will happen if you don’t upgrade at the minimum term and the device is paid for you are then only billed for the airtime and not the device as that’s been paid off. Also, any Price increase is only applied to the airtime tariff and not the device

I had the same question. It's annoying because, with my previous phone, my device and airtime bill were combined, which meant I was able to expense the whole thing at work. Now that they're separate, my employer won't cover the device plan. Is there a way of combining the two bills? The monthly device charge doesn't even come via a pdf invoice, so I can't combine the two pdfs.

A FlexPay plan is contractually made up of two separate elements, which therefore are paid separately.
You would need to request a traditional plan to have a combined payment.
