Yes, me too. I'm paying £38 per month when it should be £31, which is what I signed up for.

The signal is also extremely poor recently, so I would like to know what's going on. 

I'm so sick and tired of being ripped off in the UK.....

Have you checked the Service Status Checker to see if we have any reported problems for the areas? 

If nothing is showing, you can report the problems you're having and the network team will get this looked into and keep you updated.

Have you been able to download a full bill breakdown within your EE account?

Does your signal seem to be poor within one area or multiple areas?

I am desgusted by EE. I signed a contract for £69 and ended up on having a contract after one year and a half 85.29.

I am very angry!

Completely ripped off. Yes we agreed to be added to the contract the inflation index by why 3.9percent .
