1000033866.jpg How come I've been charged twice? I got a new contract out, I've only had it a month and they've charged me £151.20 when should only be £81?

If this is your first bill, you're being charged for two periods.

1: The short period between connection & first bill cycle, in arrears.

2: Your first complete bill cycle in advance

Looking at the amounts, it looks like your bill-date was set 3-4 days before your connection, thus period "1" in my example is only those 3-4 days shy of a complete month.
