Hi @Bolansumit If you want to cancel your plan at the end of your 24-month commitment period, you’ll need to give us a minimum of 30 days notice.
You can do this from up to 45 days before the end of your 24-month commitment period.
If you want to cancel your contract and switch providers at the end of your plan, you'll need to request a PAC from us to give to your new provider.
Would you consider staying with us and upgrading your line?

EE's mobile contracts are not fixed-term contracts that automatically end, the logical result of that would be your phone automatically being disconnected. Imagine the complaints!
You have a rolling 30day notice contract with a minimum-term.
