Would I be able to set up a direct debit for 30th of every month? would that result in a double payment this month? app is really hard to use so many issues 😕

You can change your payment date under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, you can do this by ringing customer service and they will be able to set it up, it will be from the next month, as we are already the 30th.
