Selling Contracts to elderly and vulnerable people

My mother recently made a phone call to who she thought was BT about her contract being renewed. This called ended up with a colleague from EE who has completely confused my mother having been on the call for over an hour. My mother has agreed to I don't even know what contract as the attachments sent to her, do not open and she is now extremely distressed. A parcel arrived the day after the call and contains a smart hub plus, a smart wifi plus and 2 sim cards - I have now been on hold with customer service for over 40mins trying to speak to someone to clarify what is going on. I am posting on here because I'm disgusted thinking that my 76 year old mother has been bamboozled and cajoled into a contract she does not understand.

I would appreciate someone contact me as this contract needs to be cancelled ASAP please.

Kind regards

BPL

Your Mum has signed up, perhaps inadvertently, to an EE Broadband contract and they will be soon laying lines to her home.
