Your existing contract should just roll on with a monthly rolling contract. The only thing that may affect your billing is if your contract included a monthly discount for 24 months, these can and often do fall off at the end of the minimum term and can cause your bill to increase.
If you look at your bill in the App, the monthly charges section or the downloaded format should detail any discounts that you're receiving on your plan currently.

If you do nowt, nowt will change.
These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.

The 10% out of contract discount doesn't apply to SIM Only plans like the OP is on, it is just for customers on bundled handset plans which are OOC.
