hi,
I upgraded my mobile some ti.e ago into Samsung galaxy s21+ but you didn't send me my earplugs and led view cover you sent at that moment in black promising to send me pink 1 for girls? I never received any of this! on top of this my contract was extended without permission. my contract ended a month ago you asked me for additional uograde to which I didn't agree asking only to leave some notes on my account so I can think about it....now you sending me information £60 to be paid....how come? and what about my led view cover and ear plugs ? kind regards, Margaret xxxxxxxxxxx

@margaretglab this isn’t customer services it’s a public forum that you do not post your private information on.
Your contract when it reaches its minimum term will change to a 30 day rolling contract, unless you upgrade it or give notice to terminate. It doesn’t just end. It’s also 24 plus months since you upgraded so any offers that you got with that contract are now over. You should’ve sorted this at the start of that contract.
