I have 4 lines under my account and this issue seems to come about every time I upgrade with EE. I have upgraded the 3 out of 4 lines and now my multiline discount has gone I still have the 4th line as is so this should mean I get mutliline discount how long does it take for the discount to be re-added. last time this took over a year with no compensation.

Upgraded same as i always done through the app all were sim only and upgraded to sim only contracts. The discount stuff was only on the site and via text which stated enjoy multiline discount when upgrading will contact 150 as well

How many out of your 4 numbers are showing the Multi-Line Discount currently?

Currently non of them. Before the upgrades the 3 lines i upgraded had discounts

That's strange, what kind of plans did you upgrade them to?
Did the multi-line discounts show up when you were upgrading them or how did you do your upgrades?

What plans did you upgrade them to?
Some may have the discounts built in on the tariff if they're promotional offers.
Normally the Multi-line discount would show in your basket as you're processing the upgrades.
