i have just been given a date when to pay for my new mobile phone as i want to buy it outright.so why have i been sent a finance agreement.to pay via direct debit monthly.

@christ117   Because you’ve not purchased it outright.  You’re took out a flex tariff.   You can still pay off the device just by calling customer support once you receive the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
