mislead ee contract

brought a phone and contract from EE store but was keep hidden information forbidding to cancel it since it was bought in the store contact the store and Head offfice and theystill refuse to it

@evie123 : It's not hidden or misleading. It's a consequence of the laws of this country. You only have a right to return goods FoC within a statutory 14-day cooling-off period when you order online or by phone. This "change of mind" return right does not extend to goods bought instore. Why would you assume that it does?
